Sonographer General
Location: Waterloo, Iowa (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 1 Hours: 3640 Hours per Week The Sonographer General is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This role requires strong technical expertise, patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a clinical imaging environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 12+ years of Sonographer experience (General Ultrasound) ARDMS Certification (Required) BLS Certification (AHA Required) Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging techniques and protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospital or acute care settings Familiarity with multiple ultrasound modalities Strong patient care and communication skills
Work Environment
Radiology / Imaging Department Onsite role in Waterloo, IA Patient-focused clinical setting
Additional Requirements
Must be flexible with evening shifts and scheduling needs Ability to handle multiple cases and varying patient conditions Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
