Your Role: As an Audit Senior or Supervisor (as we are open on experience and skillset), you will play a key role in leading audit engagements, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with clients to provide exceptional assurance services. This position offers significant opportunities for growth, leadership, and skill development within a supportive and collaborative team setting. Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in various industries Supervise, coach, and mentor audit associates and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations Identify and communicate audit issues, risks, and recommendations to clients and firm leadership Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery Collaborate with team members across departments to share knowledge and best practices Participate in firm-sponsored training, professional development programs, and networking events About you: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or eligibility preferred Minimum 3-6 years of public accounting audit experience Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodology Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr New Roots Talent Consulting, LLC
