This role combines warehouse logistics (pick, pack, ship) with hands-on technical fulfillment, including hardware configuration, firmware updates, and basic troubleshooting. This position carries direct responsibility for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and periodic monthly physical inventory counts. The role is physically manageable, involving light lifting, and does not require forklift operation.
