Assists patients in understanding financial responsibilities and insurance coverage. Coordinates with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify benefits. Guides patients through payment plans and financial assistance programs. Communicates billing policies clearly and monitors account status to follow up on outstanding balances. Supports the implementation of service improvements and compliance initiatives to enhance patient account management.
