Join us and be part of something bigger helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time./ppThe Materials Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the facility while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner./ppDuties Responsibilities:/pulliReceiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor./liliManaging returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained./liliEnsure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies./liliAssist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner./liliMonitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory./liliFiling inventory and SOX documentation./liliAssists in fulfillment and packaging of prescription orders to ship to our patients./liliAssists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership./li/ulpThis position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day./ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliMust be able to lift 50 pounds or more/liliValid Michigan Pharmacy Technician License/liliSix months previous pharmacy or inventory management experience./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliOne year professional work experience in a pharmacy or inventory management environment./liliCPhT certification (NHA or PTCB)/li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh School Diploma/li/ulpAnticipated Weekly Hours:/pp40/ppTime Type:/ppFull time/ppPay Range:/ppThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$17.00 - $28.46/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
