Description Home Search Jobs Job Description Desktop Support Technician Contract: Las Vegas, Nevada, US Salary Range: 18.00 - 18.00 | Per Hour Job Code: 371460 End Date: 2026-10-02 Days Left: 16 days, 3 hours left Apply Desktop Support Technician Location: Las Vegas, NV 89113 Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Duration: 3 months, with possible extensions Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support an onsite enterprise device refresh and deployment project. The technician will be responsible for replacing and deploying Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices, provisioning and configuring equipment, assisting end users with device enrollment, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, with a strong focus on PC/laptop refresh, device deployment, and end-user support . Responsibilities Perform PC/laptop refresh, replacement, and device deployment for end users. Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices. Provision and configure new devices and assist employees with enrollment. Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, MS 365, and Outlook. Support iPhone/iOS device setup and data migration. Assist with backing up and migrating iOS data through OneDrive. Verify applications, configurations, peripherals, and connectivity are functioning properly. Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and peripheral issues. Provide professional, customer-focused onsite technical support. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams. Collect, tag, track, document, and process retired/old equipment. Maintain accurate deployment and asset documentation. Must-Have Qualifications Hands-on experience with device refresh, PC/laptop replacement, or endpoint deployment . Hands-on desktop/PC support experience. Windows 11 support experience. iOS/iPhone support experience. MS 365 and Outlook experience. Azure MFA and SSO experience. Device provisioning and enrollment experience. Strong end-user/customer-facing support skill. Basic application, hardware, and peripheral troubleshooting skill. Ability to work 100% onsite in Las Vegas, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM .
