Call Center RepLocation: Houston, TX (Onsite)Employment Type: ContractHours: M-F (Must be flexible between 7:00am-7:00pm)Pay: $20.00/hourBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Job DescriptionHandle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding accounts professionally and efficientlyDocument calls accurately in company systemsFollow up on unresolved queries and callback requestsProvide advice, information, and solutions to customersStay current on procedures and campaign knowledgeMeet performance targets in a team environmentFollow quality scripts and maintain quality scoresAdapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced settingRepresent the organization professionallyMaintain a positive attitude and strong commitmentAttend performance and staff meetings as requiredComply with HIPAA/PHI security requirementsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsMust have 2+ years of contact call center experience; medical scheduling/patient registration knowledgeUnderstanding of PHI privacy requirementsProficient with PC and EMR software; strong listening/documentation skillsSelf-motivated with good verbal/written communicationBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
