GENERAL MANAGER (must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience) Job Type: Full-time (45 hr weeks) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay $50,000 - $70,000 with an additional performance bonus program of up to $1,000.00 monthly 2 Week PTO Insurance Pay advance thru Zayzoom Free Meal Paid Advancement in education Responsibilities Ensure the restaurants meet or exceed operational and budgetary goals, labor, and food costs. Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald’s and franchise operational and company policies, working effectively and efficiently. Help Develop Shift Managers to perform at the highest levels. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Must be able to multi-task and have efficient time management skills. Food service and food safety experience required. Technology knowledge will need to be efficient – navigating webpages for Franchise duties. Requirements Prefered Minimum of 2+ years in McDonalds restaurant management. Hamburger University graduates are preferred. Minimum high school graduate preferred. Must possess a positive “can do” attitude and be able to solve problems. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week, with open availability and personal transportation. Display a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality – engage with employees, customers, and suppliers. Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable and familiar with restaurant technology and applications related to purchasing, scheduling, food safety, customer satisfaction, and restaurant operations.
