Service Department Sales Associate

The Service Internet Sales Associate interacts with those individuals most important to us our customers! This is why this professional must be an excellent communicator and become the voice of the dealership in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers incoming sales/service calls; schedules and confirms daily appointments.
• Promptly follows up on internet leads using the customer's desired method of contact and sets appointments.
• Conducts follow-up phone calls on warranty, scheduled maintenance, recalls, and marketing campaigns, etc.
• Acquires a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the dealership brands.
• Maintains excellent customer service scores.

Core Requirements

• Proven computer proficiency using a wide variety of web-based programs and software to include CRM systems (Dealer Socket), inventory management systems, automotive DMS systems.
• Previous automotive experience preferred.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales savvy.
• Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
