Working in our Office-Based Laboratory (OBL), the Scrub Tech assists with procedures such as angiograms, venograms, prostate artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE), and other minimally invasive vascular interventions. This position ensures the sterile field is properly maintained, all instruments are prepared and accounted for, and that the surgical team is supported in achieving safe and efficient case flow./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPrepare and maintain a sterile surgical field for all vascular and interventional procedures./liliAnticipate surgeon needs and provide appropriate instruments and supplies throughout the case./liliAssist with the setup and breakdown of procedure rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and properly functioning./liliHandle surgical instruments and devices in accordance with aseptic technique./liliMonitor and maintain the integrity of sterile supplies and report any issues immediately./liliAssist in transferring patients to and from the procedure table as directed./liliSupport intraoperative imaging procedures, including manipulation of C-arm, guidewires, and catheters under physician supervision./liliMaintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after each case./liliAssist with stocking, inventory control, and reprocessing of surgical instruments and equipment./liliUphold all infection control, OSHA, and facility safety protocols./liliCollaborate with nursing and physician teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and workflow efficiency./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullistrongCertified Surgical Technologist (CST)/strong or equivalent certification (recommended but not required)./lilistrongMinimum 2 years of scrub experience/strong, preferably in vascular, interventional radiology, cath lab, or related procedural settings./liliStrong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation for endovascular procedures./liliAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary surgical environment./liliExcellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety./liliEffective communication and teamwork skills./liliBasic Life Support (BLS) certification (required); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred./li/ulh3Why Join Integra Vascular/h3ulliWork alongside leading vascular surgeons and an experienced procedural team./liliParticipate in cutting-edge vascular interventions in a modern, office-based lab setting./liliCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package./liliMondayFriday schedule with no overnight shifts./li/ul/div
