Job Summary

• Seeking a dedicated Data Qual Analyst/Developer to support our Data Governance objectives including Data Modeling Data Dictionary build-out Data Profiling Violation Tracking and Data Steward organization engagement.
• The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze document and improve enterprise data. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and data analysis/development skills along with experience supporting data qualand governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain Data Dictionaries including business definitions and technical data attributes.
• Perform data profiling to assess data qual completeness consistency and accuracy.
• Identify document and track data qualviolations/issues and support remediation.
• Work with Data Stewards and stakeholders to investigate and address data-related issues.
• Develop SQL queries scripts reports and other analytical solutions to support data analysis and quality initiatives.
• Document data requirements definitions business rules and related data information.
• Analyze data across multiple sources to identify discrepancies trends and potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-related projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Data Analysis and Data Profiling.
• Experience with Data Modeling and understanding of data structures and relationships.
• Experience creating or maintaining Data Dictionaries data definitions or metadata.
• Experience identifying documenting and tracking data qual issues/violations.
• Experience working with Data Stewards business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and documentation skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management environment.
• Knowledge of Data Qual Metadata Management Data Lineage Business Glossary and data ownership concepts.
• Experience with data governance or data management tools.
• Experience with ETL/data integration processes.
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large or complex enterprise data environments.
