WHY PEOPLE LOVE THIS JOB

Short shifts. Most Porters finish in under 2 hours and are home for the night. No weekends. Ever. Your evenings are short and your weekends are completely yours. Work independently. Each evening you'll walk your assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents' doors, then transport everything to the onsite dumpster, chute, or compactor. You'll separate recycling, check for contamination, and clean up any loose trash around common areas. Check-in and check-out happens through a mobile app - you'll document your route, upload photos, and leave courtesy notices when needed. On occasion you may assist with pet waste station servicing.

Monday through Friday evenings only. Typical start time is 6:30 or 7:00 PM with shifts lasting 1-2 hours. Shift length may vary slightly based on resident participation, property size, or seasonal factors. No weekends required. PAY $20/hour at standard sites. $25/hour at sites that require use of a personal open-bed pickup truck.

A personal open-bed pickup truck is required at select sites - pay increases to $25/hr at those locations. No experience? No problem. We train everyone.
