Location : North Reading, M A Travel : Up to ~20 % Salary : $163,000 – $260,000 + bonus Industry : Semiconductor | Test & Automation | Advanced Manufacturing A global leader in semiconductor test and automation is seeking a Senior Product Manag er to define and execute product strategy for advanced system‑level test platforms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and market leadership, driving product vision across high-growth markets including AI/datacenter, mobility, and automotive. This is a highly strategic, outward‑facing role with direct influence on product roadmap, positioning, and long‑term business growth. Key Responsibilities Define and execute long‑te rm product vision and road map for system‑level test platforms Develop compelli ng value propositi ons aligned to key semiconductor markets (AI, data center, automotive) Own full product lifecycle Pricing and forecasting Collaborate cross‑functionally wi th engineering, sales, marketing, and operations Drive product positioning and messaging across customer and internal channels Build strong relationships with customers, industry experts, and strategic partn Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer engagement Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree or MBA preferred 20+ years of experi ence, including: 10+ years in engineering or applications 5+ years in product management or similar leadership Strong understanding of semiconductor development lifec ycle Design, DFT, fabrication, packaging, and test Experience w ith ATE or system‑level test platf orms preferred Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Bonus eligibility based on company performance Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Tuition assistance and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr LVI Associates
