This role is responsible for both front-of-house (customer-facing) and back-of-house (kitchen operations) and must be comfortable leading and working in both environments. Own a key area of the business (Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Operations, or Kitchen). Maximize customer throughput while maintaining exceptional service standards. Train, develop, and coach team members in best practices and operational excellence. Work closely with leadership to analyze and improve operational performance. Monitor and uphold Chick-fil-A’s guest experience and quality standards. Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and care. Collaborate with Team Leaders and Directors to implement process improvements. Oversee both front-of-house (customer-facing) and back-of-house (kitchen operations), ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous leadership or operations experience preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
