Front Of House Lead Supervisor

Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring immediately for full and part time Front Of House Lead Supervisor positions. Location: Shrine Auditorium - 649 West Jefferson Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90007. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part time; days and hours may vary upon event schedule. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous administrative, customer service, and leadership experience is preferred. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.

Pay Range: $28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:

• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
