The Outpatient Oncology Physical Therapist will deliver specialized treatment plans to help cancer patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall functionality throughout their care continuum. Daily responsibilities include evaluating each patient’s unique needs; designing and adjusting individualized exercise regimens and manual therapy techniques; documenting treatment progress in electronic medical records; and collaborating closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. Patient education and ongoing support are central to this role, as you will guide individuals and their families through rehabilitative exercises, provide instruction on safe use of assistive devices, and promote strategies for maintaining independence and quality of life during and after cancer treatments.

What's Needed to Succeed:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain upon hire
• Board Certified Oncology Clinical Specialist or Certified Lymphedema Specialist
• Prior working experience in an oncology clinical setting
