Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role is perfect for those with strong clinical competence, working in a dynamic environment involving cardiac-related cases such as MI, CHF, and Arrhythmias. Nurses will gain experience managing complex care, including various cardiac drips, exclusive of nitrate management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
