Performance Lead ManagerRole OverviewThe Performance Lead Manager drives how the organization measures, improves, and reports on operational performance. This role helps build systems that track performance metrics, turns data into specific improvement actions, and works across teams to make continuous improvement part of how the business runs day to day.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance ManagementOversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that track and analyse organizational performance metrics.Continuous ImprovementIdentify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.Data AnalysisAnalyse business processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions that drive measurable improvements.CollaborationWork cross-functionally with teams across the organization to align performance goals and build a culture of continuous improvement.Training and DevelopmentProvide training and coaching to team members on performance improvement principles and methodologies.ReportingPrepare detailed reports on performance metrics and improvement initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.Team ManagementManage a team of Performance Analysts and Quality Assurance staff, ensuring their work follows business standards and processes.QualificationsExperience in performance management, process improvement, or operational analysisFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendationsExperience designing or managing performance tracking systems and dashboardsProven ability to train and coach others on performance improvement principlesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports for decision-makersTrack record of working effectively across teams and functionsExperience managing or leading a team, with a focus on ensuring adherence to business standards and processesKey SkillsData analysis and interpretationProcess improvement and operational efficiencyCross-functional collaborationCoaching and trainingPerformance reporting and metrics designProject and change managementTeam leadership and people managementLocation: On-site –Cheshire, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
