Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with basic carpentry knowledge and strong leadership skills to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and materials to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager. Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple projects from start to completion Ensure necessary materials are available and allocated to the project Develop detailed project timelines and plans Measure and report on project progress Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients Supervise and support crew members on-site Maintain clear communication across all phases of projects Monitor quality control and ensure work meets AG Wood Corp. standards Problem solve and adapt quickly to changing project needs Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred Basic carpentry or construction experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proven experience managing people or teams Self motivated with the ability to work independently Team oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Requirements Reliable transportation Proficiency in Excel or Google spreadsheets What We're Looking For A leader who can keep projects moving efficiently Someone dependable, proactive and detail oriented A team player who can motivate others and maintain a positive work environment Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation based on experience Opportunity for pay increase based on job performance Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr AG WOOD CORP
