About the Role: We’re looking for an exceptional Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team. We care deeply about making a difference in people’s lives and hope you do too! Responsibilities Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing the frontend components that will consume them Create lasting impact by building and continuously improving our Python and Java-based microservices Work with fellow engineering team members to collaboratively create and refine technical designs and solutions Collaborate with key partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists Follow and promote best practices during all phases of software development, adhering to the highest quality and securitystandards Drive continuous technical improvement for our platforms and tooling Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications Relevant professional experience building scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and/or Java/Spring Relevant professional experience developing web applications with React.js and React Native Experience with TypeScript, Amazon web service and state-management libraries like Redux preferred Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently $143,000 - $197,000 a year As a full-time Sr. Software Engineer, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $143,000-197,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra.
