Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:00)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in acute care

License: Valid state license required

Certifications: WA license required

Must-Have: Acute care experience is essential. Ability to float between units is required. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis, approximately every 3-4 weeks.

Description: This position offers a unique opportunity in an acute care setting. The occupational therapist will work closely with a collaborative team. Patient diagnoses include multi-trauma, spinal cord injuries, strokes, surgical cases, orthopedic conditions, and more. Candidates should be flexible to float between various clinical areas. An independent work ethic and time management skills are necessary. Must be able to adapt quickly to changing patient needs. The therapist is expected to evaluate and treat a diverse patient population. Our team values friendliness and collaboration. Candidates who enjoy working in a fun and close-knit environment will thrive here. Experience in inpatient rehab and assessment of acute and chronic disorders is a plus. All candidates should commit to working holidays as required by the schedule. This role will not require on-call shifts.
