Collision General Manager

Job Summary Service Center Lincoln NE - Adams St – Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will also handle recruiting, recognition, and retention of teammates, monitor current financial performance, review prior month metrics for trends, and ensure that center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties Operate the center’s overall operations, covering risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates. Monitor financial performance metrics and analyze the previous month’s results to identify opportunities and trends. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s company insurance policy. Minimum 21 years of age. Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Advanced understanding of collision estimation. Prior experience with CCC1. Advanced knowledge of repair processes and procedures. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills for friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
