About the role We are looking for a software engineer to lead the design and deployment of AI-powered automation and intelligence within our platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, focusing on applying LLMs and AI agents to streamline operational workflows, improve worker‑employer matching, and enhance the overall user experience.
