IT Business Systems Analyst

Salary: $90,889 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and supporting medium to large-scale projects as the primary BSA.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or an equivalent field.
• We require strong experience in Agile methodology and working within Scrum teams; Scrum certification is a plus.
• We require strong experience documenting epics, user stories, and spikes in a Scrum tool such as JIRA.
• We require SQL experience.
• We need working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Miro and Jamboard.
• We value demonstrated success managing highly complex initiatives and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• We need the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain an agile mindset.
• We prefer experience in UI/UX design, especially for data dashboard design.
• IIBA-CBAP or a similar certification is a significant plus.
• Advanced experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including ETL, data integration, master data, QlikView, and SAS, is a major plus.
• We require commercial pharma and life sciences experience.
• Experience with commercial datasets such as sales, claims, and payers is required.
• Experience with BI tools like Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI is required.
• Digital marketing exposure is nice to have.
• New drug launch experience is nice to have.

• We drive project requirements and act as the liaison between business and IT solution and development teams from initiation through completion.
• We facilitate workshops, including storyboarding, translating storyboard artifacts into electronic formats, and contributing to design sessions.
• We perform data analysis to assess use-case feasibility.
• We analyze and document requirements as user stories, business rules, and UX needs.
• We plan user acceptance testing, support the creation of UAT scripts, and facilitate UAT.
• We analyze and document current and future business processes.
• We train the operations team as needed and help resolve production issues.
• We perform knowledge transfer to Training & Communication teams and support user deployment activities as needed.
• We build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• We apply an enterprise mindset, avoid siloed work, and keep the bigger picture in view when identifying the best solution.
