Home Health Aide (HHA)

Independence Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes and help them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and daily activities. Provide companionship and personal care. Assist with medication reminders as permitted by the care plan. Observe and report changes in client condition. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Document care provided and follow individualized care plans. Requirements: HHA certification or equivalent training, as applicable. 6+ months of caregiving or home health experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification, if required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if required.
