About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who brings positivity, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our customers—helping them navigate questions, solve problems, and feel supported every step of the way. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime is offered) Location: Troy, MI (full-time, in-office) What You will Do Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm, helpful experience every time Partner with customers to resolve billing questions and account inquiries Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, easy-to-understand solutions Help customers understand their accounts, payment options, and HOA processes. Stay cool under pressure, especially when assisting in urgent or sensitive situations. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems Bring a team-player mindset—jumping in where needed and supporting your colleagues What You Bring We are looking for someone who’s not only capable—but also brings great energy and a collaborative spirit: 1–3 years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environments a plus) Strong communication skills—you know how to listen, explain, and connect.
