Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a travel Physical Therapist opportunity in West Haven, CT at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role will be the sole physical therapy provider in the clinic and will focus on general outpatient caseloads including adolescents through geriatrics, sports injuries, post-operative care, and some neuro. Interviews will most likely be virtual. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Outpatient physical therapy experience is required. Candidates without outpatient experience will be considered only if they can demonstrate confidence and competence in outpatient practice.
Experience treating sports-related injuries and post-operative orthopedics.
Comfort functioning as the sole PT in a multidisciplinary clinic.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with potential for 4x10s.
Clinic is multidisciplinary with PT-focused services alongside chiropractic and acupuncture providers.
