Shifts:

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) highly preferred
• Professional, dedicated, friendly, and helpful employee
• Flexible and adaptable to float to various specialties where needed, within the medical center (ie Adult & Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Peds, etc.)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Room patients
• Vitals and injections
• Provide medical testing such as EKGs, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening
• Immunizations
• Set up for procedures
• Disinfect rooms and dismiss patients
• Maintain employee health records (using EPIC)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• BLS/CPR certified through American Heart Association
• 2 Step TB (PPD) - one within the last 2 years and 1 within the past 90 days or yearly QuantiFERON Gold
• Proof of immunization/titer records for: MMR and Varicella
• Current Flu Shot
• Yearly physical
• Strong organizational skills and good at multi-tasking
