Compensation

$46,000 $92,000+ annually
Performance-based earnings with exceptional upside for top performers.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and provide an exceptional service experience
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
Schedule appointments and manage vehicle repair timelines
Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
Communicate with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairs
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines
Review warranties, maintenance plans, and repair options
Coordinate parts availability and repair scheduling
Maintain excellent CSI scores and build lasting customer relationships
Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed properly

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
GM dealership experience is a strong plus
Experience with any domestic franchise is welcome
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar dealership software preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
OEM or ASE Certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
