Enjoy steady start dates, excellent pay packages, and a supportive environment focused on your success.Quick Facts:Location: Columbus, OH — 520 W 10th AveStart Date: 10/05/2026End Date: 01/04/2027Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)Hours/Week: 36 hours/weekEmployment Type: Temporary agency assignmentRequired Licenses/Certifications: BLS, NRPExperience: NICU Level III/IV experience preferredPay & Benefits:Pay Rate: $65.76 per hourBenefits: Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay schedule via direct depositMedical benefits (W-2)Referral bonus programPaid sick time in accordance with applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicableWhat You'll Do:Provide specialized neonatal care to infants, including those born extremely prematurely or with critical health issuesManage ventilator settings and respiratory support techniques (AC, PC, SIMV, CPAP, BIPAP, PEEP)Administer IV medications using Pyxis system, including vasopressors, surfactants, and steroidsDocument care interventions accurately in EPICCommunicate effectively with healthcare teams and families using SBAR communication methodPerform procedures such as arterial line management, central line care, and interventions for neonatal abstinence syndromeCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurse practitioners, pharmacy, physical and respiratory therapy, and social servicesWhat You Need:Valid Ohio RN license or compact licenseBLS and NRP certificationNICU Level III/IV experience, preferably in a hospital environmentProficiency in neonatal respiratory and cardiovascular managementKnowledge of infection control and IV therapy, including umbilical line managementPreferred:Experience working at Nationwide Children's Hospital or similar high-acuity NICUsAbout the Assignment:This assignment involves providing expert care to neonates with conditions such as respiratory distress, glucose management issues, and those requiring surgical or cardiac interventions.
