Serves as a Manager on Duty during the hours of 11pm to 7am. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, and strong customer service skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Check guests in/out, process payments, and handle AYS duties. Reconcile guest service agent paperwork and credit card transactions. Post room charges, distribute folios, and reconcile gift shop and banquet paperwork. Run daily close-out reports, process night audit, and maintain the front desk log book. Handle guest mail, messages, and faxes, ensuring timely delivery. Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and crouch. Ability to follow safety protocols and work under rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as needed. Flexible schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and potential overtime. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum one year of hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to analyze data and make decisions regarding guest check-in/out processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
