At Hall's Culligan, you'll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them choose solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day life. No fluff. No gimmicks. Paid training to get you up and running

Uncapped commission + bonuses

Most reps hit $80K$100K in year one

Top performers earn $150K-200k+

Our most successful reps consistently self-generate opportunities - that's the key to success here. It starts with "when is the last time you had your water tested?"

If you're someone who wants a clear path to $100K, here's an example of what that could look like:

Run ~7 appointments per week

Close ~60% of them

Sell/rent ~6 systems per week

That breaks down to:

~$70K from sales commissions

~$30K from rentals

Total: ~$100K+ annually - plus full benefits

What We're Looking For

You're competitive and like to win

You're coachable (this matters a lot here)

You're comfortable talking to people and asking for the sale

You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

In-home sales experience helps, but isn't required
