Work You’ll Do As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for supporting transformation initiatives that improve enterprise information technology service delivery for government clients. Support functional project activities across planning, analysis, testing, and implementation phasesGather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specificationsAssist with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of system changesPrepare client deliverables, status updates, training materials, and documentation for project teams and stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow implementation activities and business process improvements A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work product The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of experience supporting technology transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement initiativesExperience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, or functional specificationsExperience supporting testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect trackingExperience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for analysis and deliverable preparationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance requiredAbility to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA Preferred: Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, or configuration activitiesExperience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clientsExperience preparing training materials or end-user documentation For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
