This position has a projected hourly pay range of $26.94 to $40.41, is eligible for hybrid remote work, and requires working in the Bethesda, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities This role offers a structured learning environment with hands‑on mentorship and training from experienced credit professionals and EagleBank leadership. It provides continuous development to accelerate analyst growth in the commercial & industrial (C&I) space. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in finance, business, economics, accounting or related field Formal credit training or web‑based training preferred; must complete assigned Omega (or other vendor) courses within the first 90 days Good communication skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong logic and math skills Preferences Exposure to commercial credit and financial statement analysis; experience with personal and business financial statements and tax returns Experience performing narrative financial summaries or loan analysis General knowledge of credit underwriting, including cash flow and collateral analysis Bank product knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr EagleBank
