Marketing Manager

Job Details Lead and develop the US downstream marketing strategy across EVAR, TEVAR and Hybrid & Surgical portfolios. Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports responsible for EVAR, TEVAR and Hybrid & Surgical product management. Develop and execute annual marketing plans, product launch plans and commercial initiatives aligned with company objectives. Partner closely with US Sales leadership to drive customer engagement, market development and revenue growth. Support product launches through positioning, messaging, physician education and sales enablement activities. Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and R&D to support portfolio strategy and future innovation initiatives. Develop and localize marketing collateral, promotional materials and campaign content for the US market. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customers. Lead market analysis activities including customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trend assessments. Partner with Marketing Communications and Medical Education teams to support congresses, training programs and integrated campaigns. Monitor commercial performance and post-launch feedback to optimize market adoption and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with company quality systems, policies and healthcare compliance requirements. Working Conditions This position primarily operates within an office and hybrid working environment. Approximately 50% travel may be required, including domestic and occasional international travel. Role may require attendance at hospitals, operating rooms, congresses and customer meetings. Must comply with hospital credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements. This position is required to occasionally visit Territory Managers and accompany them on sales calls to customers. These visits may require entry to hospitals and other medical facilities. Many facilities have instituted vendor credentialing policies which require vendors to meet defined training, background check and proof of immunization requirements as a condition of entry. Associates entering these facilities are required to abide by these credentialing requirements. Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) In-depth knowledge of the markets in which the company's products compete. Ability to build and execute complex market and product portfolio strategies for current and future business needs. Ability to implement execution plans, involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and support. Lead, coach, mentor a team of skilled marketing professionals. Must be able to make independent decisions and presentations to management for market strategies and product acceptance. Ability to recognize and solve customer marketing issues and present products to market, so as to enhance sales and company profitability. Strong and creative thinker who is intellectually curious and possesses exceptional verbal, written and diplomacy skills. Strong communications skills with the ability to influence, establish constituencies and form relationships within the organization as well as with external customers. Quantitative skills to clearly articulate ROI of marketing investments. Background Experience Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing or related field required. MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of medical device marketing experience, including downstream marketing responsibilities. Vascular, Endovascular and/or Surgical marketing experience strongly preferred. Prior people management experience required. Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to execute successful product launches and commercial campaigns. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
