Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently through heavy phone work Answer patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed to optimize clinic flow Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure smooth daily operations Handle administrative tasks related to patient intake and follow-up Confirm Schedules with providers and clinical team members Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical or optometry office preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office tools Ability to remain professional and courteous in a high-volume phone environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Must be able to work in-office only; remote or hybrid options are not available We foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your contributions make a difference.
