What You'll Do:

• Monitor and maintain oil production, quickly identifying issues with equipment and discrepancies using Cygnet/SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges related to artificial lift and plunger lift systems.
• Interact with supervisors and team leads to ensure smooth operations.
• Gather and log production data, entering totals accurately into software such as eVIN.
• Maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conduct leak detection and assist in maintaining optimal equipment performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' oilfield experience, specifically with plunger lift systems.
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Proficiency with SCADA systems and production data software like eVIN.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in oil and gas operations.
• Experience working with other production equipment.
• Valid CDL or driving certifications.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in oilfield operations.
• Proven track record with production system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a rotation schedule (7 days on / 3 days off, then 7 days on / 4 days off) on day shifts.
• Must reside within 50-60 miles of Tilden, TX.
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
