Warehouse Associate - HVAC

The position will require flexibility with the schedule based on the season:

• Winter: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Summer: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition
• Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews
• Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies
• Track and report material usage and jobsite returns
• Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
• Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons
• Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus)
• Basic computer and inventory software skills
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)
• Must pass DOT physical
• Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Understanding of safety regulations and requirements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
