Lead JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead JAVA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing robust and scalable JAVA applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. This role requires a deep understanding of JAVA technologies, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with JAVA and J2EE technologies.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 9+ years of JAVA development experience.
• Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
