We are looking for both new graduates (those who are completing their PhDs by the summer of 2027) as well as experienced PhD’s who have been in the workplace (consulting, government, academia, industry, or other similar field) and are looking to make a change. Associates are responsible for framing research approaches, managing projects, and supervising team/staff while building individual expertise. As they gain valuable hands-on project experience, Associates also become more involved in developing client relationships and marketing and business development efforts.
