Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field; 2 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. 5+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in business systems analysis. Strong influencing skills and ability to interact at all levels. Experience with analyzing, designing, refining, and implementing Service Now or a similar ITSM tool. Experience with tool integrations whether via APIs or through middleware. Knowledge of ITIL standard practices and ITSM concepts. 3B Staffing LLC
