Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while creating personalized treatment plans

Education Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• CPR certification is preferred
