Nursing Position Geriatric And Dementia Care
Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday - Friday
Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0
Current nursing license
Experience in geriatric or dementia care preferred
Provide compassionate care to patients with geriatric and dementia-related needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families about health management and resources.
Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Travel may be required if a split for full-time is necessary.
Orientation details will be provided upon hire.
