Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Solace Haven Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify their unique therapeutic needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring they resonate with clients' personal goals.

• Facilitating regular counseling sessions, both virtually and as needed, to provide clients with necessary tools, strategies, and coping mechanisms for their challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care and referrals to specialists, such as psychiatrists or addiction counselors, when appropriate.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, intervention progress, and treatment outcomes in our EHR system.

• Providing crisis intervention support and employing de-escalation techniques in challenging situations to promote client safety and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse clientele, which may include individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n
