Brand Ambassador

We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic, and dependable Brand Ambassador to create memorable experiences for visitors to our farm. In this role, you will manage hands-on produce sampling sessions out in our orchard. You will act as the face of our farm, answering questions, sharing our agricultural practices, teaching guests about seasonal crops, and hosting tastings. If you love the outdoors, enjoy working with people of all ages, and have a passion for fresh, locally grown food, we’d love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Consistently provide outstanding service to all guests.Take care to represent the Wilson’s brand well in your interactions with guests. Be knowledgeable about Wilson’s agricultural practices and crops. Answer questions from customers regarding these topics. Be able to direct customers to what they are looking for (specific crop varieties, buildings, etc) around the farm. Be knowledgeable about events and activities on the farm, including festival weekends. Be knowledgeable about the general pricing structure of all farm activities. Ensure the sampling area is kept clean and sanitized at all times.
