This position will focus on providing therapy evaluations and treatments for a patient caseload that includes adolescents to geriatric patients. The therapist will engage in managing cases across orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Schedule This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week across 4-5 days. Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience (required). Outpatient experience (required). Inpatient experience (highly preferred). Active American Heart Association BLS certification (required). Current and valid state Physical Therapy license (required).
