Operations Technician

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. Operations Technician Indianapolis, IN, United States | Req28161 | 12-Hour Days; 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Responsibilities Perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures. Visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non-conforming conditions and take appropriate action. Load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards. Maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership. Document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and report non-conformances through the appropriate reporting process. Support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines.
