Senior Datapath & Circuit Design Engineer

Sandisk Memory Technology Group seeks a senior electrical engineer to lead the design of high-speed datapath circuits for next-generation 3D NAND memory. You will own transistor- and gate-level circuit design, focusing on page buffers and data paths, while coordinating with silicon characterization teams.
