Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services tailored to students’ individual education plans, spanning both elementary and high school populations
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust therapy strategies
- Support classroom modifications, provide staff consultation, and participate in IEP/504 meetings
- Facilitate family and staff education on ways to promote student participation and skill-building
- Maintain thorough, timely records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
