Python Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.
• We can build and support production-ready software with clear modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, business logic, and reporting.
• We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and have worked with SQL databases.
• We have practical experience developing in live, real-world environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
• We demonstrate excellent attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on nuanced system behavior.
• We bring hands-on experience with multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to thoughtful outcomes.
• We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools and APIs, such as Supabase and Gmail, to address real operational needs.
• We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking to monitor agent progress.
• We have experience spotting subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

• We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agents.
• We collaborate with leading AI teams to teach large language models how to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
• We contribute to projects focused on designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex real-world architectural workflows.
• We evaluate system behavior in live environments and provide detailed feedback on how agent interactions perform.
• We support the development of orchestration and automation capabilities for highly advanced autonomous systems.
• We analyze multi-turn interactions and identify gaps, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
• We assist in refining agent workflows so they can reliably complete multi-step tasks using external tools and services.
